The Pension Advisory Group (PAG) have recently updated their guidance to the treatment of pensions on divorce (PAG2). Partner Mel Loxley, and Associate Solicitor Dorjan Myrtja, will be providing an overview on what key parts of the PAG guidance remain the same as well as what key changes have been made and how these are likely to impact the treatment of pensions on divorce going forward.
