Once an EHC Plan has been finalised and issued by a Local Authority, the process doesn't end there. There is a statutory process in place which ensures that a EHC Plan is regularly kept up to date and maintained as an ongoing process until that EHC Plan ends. This webinar looks at the specific process that should take place in relation to an annual review, who should be undertaking this process, when that process should take place and what is expected to happen following the annual review process. This webinar also looks at what legal steps can be put in place should the annual review process not be followed or if the outcome of the Annual Review process is not satisfactory.
